Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive an incorrect order, contact us at contact@happyplaceapparel.com as soon as possible. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review the situation and make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
Because every Happy Place hoodie is custom-made to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you have concerns about your order, please reach out to contact@happyplaceapparel.com and we’ll review your request on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds & Store Credit
Refund and store credit requests are evaluated individually. If your request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
