Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at contact@happyplaceapparel.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges and Returns
Exchanges and returns are not accepted due to the unique customizations on each hoodie. If you would like to request a refund or store credit, please reach out to contact@happyplaceapparel.com. Refunds and store credit will be granted on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds and Store Credit
We will consider refunds and store credit on a case-by-case basis when you email contact@happyplaceapparel.com. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
